Rock Climbing is Fun!
Rock climbing is one of the nation’s fastest growing adventure sports. No other activity combines the components of physical fitness, risk taking, teamwork, and trust better than climbing.
But let’s face it, not everyone has a mountain range in their backyard. Well, thanks to the Vertical Edge Climbing Center, you don’t need a mountain to go rock climbing. Nor do you need perfect weather, experience, or your own gear to climb at the Vertical Edge.
That’s right. The Vertical Edge has taken away every excuse you could possibly have for not climbing!
What is The Vertical Edge?
The Vertical Edge is the Triangle’s original full-service climbing center. Amidst VECC’s 8500 sq. ft. of climbable surfaces you’ll find over 60 top-rope climbs up 24 ft. high vertical and overhanging walls, a 500 sq. ft. bouldering cave, a 400 sq. ft. leadable cave, and 20 leadable routes.

Saturday: 10:00am – 10:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm – 7:00pm (through February. 2:00pm – 7:00pm starting March 4th)
